Instead of paying per text on my own cell phone, I was thinking of getting a prepaid phone for my international texting, since I will be texting internationally alot pretty soon. Is there a plan or a prepaid texting card you can buy for that?

I live in California and my cell carrier is Tmobile, I’m planning to call my friend in Canada on his home phone. He doesnt have a cell. I have the 1800 minute plan, it’s a Sunday so will I be charged long distance fees if he makes the call?

I have the email address and I tried looking for the IP address but it gives me the IP address of the server and the cell phone company, but not the actual cell phone number from where the email was sent.
