A mobile phone for the elderly and hard of hearing?

My father is in his early seventies with hearing problems and his current mobile doesn’t suit him. He can’t hear the ringtone, and even when he CAN and answers the phone, he can rarely hear the person on the other end.
I want a Pay As You Go phone with basic functions (not fussed about camera etc.), a LOUD ringtone, loud speaker volume, vibration, not too small and is easy to use.
I’ve read up about Communic8’s Life phone, but at £170 it’s a bit too expensive – my father would never use it as he’d be scared of losing it!
Can Buy Xenical anyone recommend something?

The shutter bug Phone I am not sure if it pay as you go or not though!!
i think there one called the jitterbug. check it out
