How can I download my telephone numbers from my blackberry?

I have a bunch of telephone numbers stored in my blackberry, buying drugs online which I have to turn in upon my resignation. How can I download those numbers to my computer?
Your blackberry should have came with desktop software.

Use the software and the usb to load the numbers onto your computer.
