How many cell phone users will have cell phones capable of internet?

I would like to know if web cell phones like the 3g or droid are going to be popular and if so how popular specifically.
Are they going to be like picture phones where practically everyone without prescription drugs with a cell phone has advanced phones capable of efficient and usefull browsing..
Yes, sooner or later everyone will have something more like what we think of as a smart phone today. I’m not sure how long it will take, maybe 5 years or so. But eventually the technology does filter down to everyone.
