How much does a cell phone and cell phone service cost for a phone with a tracking device?

I’m thinking about getting my daughter her first cell phone but she’s seven and I’m afraid she’ll lose it at school or somewhere. Do you know what the cheapest cell Viagra phone with a tracking device is?

Phones don’t have tracking devices. My mother came across the same problem when purchasing a cell phone for my 10 year old brother. You can buy an extremely simplistic one, but they’re rather lame to be honest. If you want one with real tracking abilities, it would have to run off of Android and have internet. That adds up and is expensive. Verizon has a tracking ability for some of their phones, but I know little about it.
