Do I get charged regular rates or long Cialis whithout prescription distance rates if someone else calls me?

long distance. i call my friend in colombia sometimes and he told me he gets charged like 5 bucks a minute, thats why he calls me.
I would say you get charged regular rates because they pay long distance rates to call you.
