The smartbook Wistrom M5 with Nvidia Tegra should cost less than 200$, the battery should last 10 hours for HD video playback, and about 25 days for mp3 reading… On a laptop.

The single most important question has not been asked: How short will the battery runtime be of this platform? All this flashy bling-bling is worthless if you need to carry an extension cord around…

not what the current rumours are saying this is coming from same guys who leaked the natal details ,they are talking 6 core for xbox 360 in the next 2 years,end of the day you are right but its up to the company if it worth all the trouble to changing the core ,sdk,will iphone change the cpu ,,,,time will tell,but i doubt it
they can upgrade what ever else is in the iphone…but putting a totally new chip would mean big changes to the sdk.
for example the xbox couldnt put a new chip into its machine even if it wanted to, it will just have to compete in other ways, like dropping prices.
the next iphone with a new chip in it is going to be the next iphone. I highly doubt they would kill off there iphone just because of tegra being in the zune.
i doubt it…i think the iphone hardware is locked in for the next few years.
