Well I wasn’t aware of that. It is possible the EMT was not either, though it’s unlikely. Either way the officer wrapping his hand around the man’s neck was uncalled for. If you watch the dash cam when he get’s out of the vehicle is immediately being aggressive and yelling at the EMT’s. Also it says they have history’s of bullying and being unprofessional. I don’t know it’s more difficult for me to take the sides of the trooper rather than the EMT on this one.

At least one lawsuit has been filed by the Paramedic. You can read the lawssuit in the info bar. The Family of the patient may file a lawsuit as well
According to both EMTs , the ONLY people who knew,This was an Emergency. Sirens are not needed if you follow traffic laws which you can see the abulance did in the Dash video.
The patient had a high heart rate and sirens were not run to keep blood pressue low. This is in the EMTs statements. Notice in both videos the Cop never asked about the patient . The cop is not qualified to say who needs to go to the ER anyway.

Yes the Cop esculated this from the beginning. The cop attempt to arrest the EMT was agsainst the law. Even cops are not allowed to interfere with an EMT performing “medical duties” and that includes taking a patient to the hospital. He also assaulted the EMT which is a felony. No charges against the EMT because he broke no laws.
Also the cop got Anger Assessment. not “counciling” like the Weediot said.. Assessment meaning more action may be taken based on the assessment.

I work for an Ambulance Service…usually…they do not put sirens on for a call with high hr because it tends to make it ski-rocket, as well as people wanting to commit suicide…i think it’s funny the cop said “I”M TRYING TO HELP THE COUNTY!” well what the fuck is the ambulance service TRYING to do? an ambulance is an Emergency Vehicle…yet so is a police car. the only thing an ambulance needs to yeild for is a RED light with sirens on…no need for police to act in that manor
