What does the constitution have to do with Bush’s approval rating? His rating started plummeting way before 2006, in fact it started plummeting a week after 9/11. Do some research, and stop bringing irrelevant subjects up when you can’t argue. See ya. dumbass.
well you keep blaming everything on Bush, but Congress is incharge. If you’d read the Constitution you’d know that Congress has much more power over the president and can make decisions over him and without his approval. Congress votes on bills making them final. They control declaration of war.
but I am not going to argue about that. It is irrelevant to compare obama..to BUSH. bush being the better.
